An overview of the Uk's zero carbon buildings policy, in the context of
world and EU drivers. The currently employed definition of zero carbon
is examined and important lessons are drawn out. The paper concludes by
attempting to give some advice to the UK and others regarding the type
of policy likely to succeed in driving change in the built environment

Carbon
60 Competition - Winning Submission Fulcrum were the proud
winners in 2004 of the CIBSE Carbon 60 competition. This is a copy of
our winning submission. We are now working with CIBSE to implement
these proposals and effect the 60% reduction in
carbon emissions for their London HQ.
