Fulcrum has licensed assessors for both the BREEAM for offices and EcoHomes schemes run by the BRE

The schemes assess the environmental performance of a building over a variety of criteria including energy consumption, water use, transport, pollution and materials. They reward developers who improve environmental performance through good design.

BREEAM
This scheme covers offices, schools and hospitals although other building types can be assessed through a bespoke assessment put together with help from the BRE.

EcoHomes
The EcoHomes scheme covers housing developments and uses similar techniques and criteria to grade the design in terms of its environmental sustainability.
